Bitrix24 CRM ⇄ Excel and Google Sheets
Sheets24 is an application for Bitrix24. It exports CRM records to Excel and Google Sheets, imports spreadsheets into the CRM with a preview and duplicate check, and keeps a Google spreadsheet up to date with your CRM — in real time, on a schedule or both ways.
What it does
- Export leads, deals, contacts, companies, smart processes and products to .xlsx or CSV: choose the fields (including custom fields), filter by stage, pipeline, responsible person or dates. Lists, multiple values, dates and money with currency come out as readable values.
- Import .xlsx or CSV into the CRM: automatic column mapping, a preview that shows what will be created, updated or skipped and why, duplicate search by ID, e-mail, phone or any field, bulk writing, and a downloadable report.
- Google Sheets sync: create a spreadsheet from a CRM list and keep it updated on every CRM change or on a schedule; import from a sheet; or sync both ways with a conflict rule ("latest change wins", "CRM wins" or "sheet wins").
How Sheets24 uses Google data
When a Bitrix24 administrator connects a Google account, Sheets24 asks only for the permission "See, edit, create and delete only the specific Google Drive files you use with this app" (drive.file) and the e-mail address of the account. With it, Sheets24 can open only the spreadsheets it creates or that you choose in the Google file picker — never the rest of your Drive, Gmail or other Google data.
Sheets24 reads and writes those spreadsheets only to perform the sync and import you set up, writes into them the CRM fields you choose, and reads back the rows you import. It keeps the Google refresh token encrypted on servers in the EU (Germany), does not use Google data for advertising, does not sell or transfer it to anyone, and does not use it to train AI models.
Sheets24's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. Details: Privacy Policy. You can disconnect Google at any time in Sheets24 or at myaccount.google.com/permissions.
Install
Install Sheets24 from the Bitrix24 Market. It works in cloud Bitrix24 accounts; Google Sheets sync needs a Google account (personal or Google Workspace).
